简要总结
We demonstrated that 100-fold diluted perflubute allowed clear, real-time, and continuous visualization of local anesthetic spread in ultrasound images in RSB and PVB. However, in a deeper block such as Epi, perfluobutane could not show contrast enhancement. Further investigation is needed in the future.

- •(1) Patients needed nerve block
- •(2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification1-3
- •(3) Over the age of 20
- •(4) Make and Female
排除标准
- •(1) Patients having a pain, neuropathic pain, or paralysis at the site of nerve block
- •(2) Egg allergy, or contrast medium allergy
- •(3) histry of anaphylaxy shock
- •(4) Patients with arteriovenous shunt in cardia and lung
- •(5) Severe heart disease
- •(6) Severe pulmonary disease
- •(7) Patients with pregnacy or nursing
- •(8) Emergency surgery
- •(9) Patients considered ineligible for this study
