1. Patients >18 years willing to take part and
give written informed consent.
2. Patients with complains of nasal discharge,
nasal obstruction, facial pain and decreased
sense of smell for more than 12 weeks.
3. Patients with presence of bilateral moderate
to large nasal polyps on Nasal Endoscopy.
1. Patients not giving consent for our study.
2. Patients who have received medical treatment
in last 4 months.
3. Patients who have undergone surgery in last 6
months.
4. Patients with contraindications and
hypersensitivity to steroids.
5. Female patients who are pregnant, lactating
or planning to become pregnant.
6. Patients with co-morbidities like
Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, Asthma,
Tuberculosis, Epilepsy.
