Inclusion Criteria
1)Age > 18 years
2)Individual should attend the outpatient department of endocrinology and neurology departments as an attendant to the patient
3)The individual should be from one of the following states; Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka or Kerala
Exclusion Criteria
1)Major or minor cognitive impairment as per DSM-V criteria
2)Major psychiatric disorder which might confound the judgment of the individual
3)Not able to give written informed consent
4)Any form of self-reported smell dysfunction
5)Previous significant head injury
6)Rhinosinususitis
7)Parkinsonism
8)Recent COVID-19 infection (within the previous three months)
9)Any health related problem
