Inclusion Criteria
100 consecutive participants with traumatic lower limb injury, between 18 and 60 years of age, with an American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status of I or II, and undergoing elective lower limb surgery under regional anesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
Non responder, Age below 18 or > 65 and mentally handicapped. Patients with a history of significant renal, hepatic impairment or cardiopulmonary disease, prior intake of pain medication, chronic pain will also be excluded
