•Amercian society of anethesiologist grade 1,2 patients undergoing surgery under general anethesia with endotracheal tube intubation.

排除标准

•uncontrolled diabetic ,hypertension ischemic heart disease known allergy to drug.

To find the effect of nebulized magnesium sulfate in reducing post operative sore throat following general anethesia with endotracheal tube intubation

To find the severity of sore throat(to find the hemodynamic changes in both the group)
