1. Patients with solitary pulmonary nodules (SPN) as indicated by chest CT (single lesion with a diameter less than or equal to 3 cm);
2. Patients who can undergo thoracoscopic surgical resection after dynamic follow-up;
3. Age between 18 and 75 years;
4. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status (ECOG PS) score of = 2;
5. No history of pulmonary tumors;
6. Patients demonstrate good compliance, can understand the details of this study, and are able to sign an informed consent form.
1. Patients who are unable to tolerate surgery.
2. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
3. Patients with severe diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, or hematologic system.
4. Patients with a history of uncontrolled psychiatric disorders.
