BMI <18.5 >29.9; Chronotoype (Morningness-Evening Questionnaire) (<31 >69); Sleep quality (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI) (>5); Substance abuse (Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test, AUDIT) (>7); Depressive symptoms (Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression scale, CES-D) (>17); Habitual caffeine intake consumption (Caffeine intake questionnaire) (<100 mg/day >300 mg/day)
