- •Age more than 18 years upto 70 years

- •Immunocompromised patients
- •Injury debridement interval more than 24 hours
- •Poly trauma patients
- •Debridement done elsewhere
- •open fracture with vascular injury
- •chronic kindney failure/liver failure patient
