Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •children under 2 years old who have insignificant antenatal hydronephrosis with normal voiding cystography and diuretic renogram
- •insignificant antenatal hydronephrosis define as APD \< 16 mm or SFU 0\-3
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. children under 2 years old who have significant antenatal
- •hydronephrosis or abnormal voiding cystography or diuretic renogram
- •significant antenatal hydronephrosis define as APD\>\= 16 mm or SFU 4
- •2\. children under 2 years old who have abnormal neonatal ultrasound
- •as single kidney, cystic kidney, dysplastic kidney, etc.
