Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •children under 2 years old who have insignificant antenatal hydronephrosis with normal voiding cystography and diuretic renogram
  • •insignificant antenatal hydronephrosis define as APD \< 16 mm or SFU 0\-3

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. children under 2 years old who have significant antenatal
  • •hydronephrosis or abnormal voiding cystography or diuretic renogram
  • •significant antenatal hydronephrosis define as APD\>\= 16 mm or SFU 4
  • •2\. children under 2 years old who have abnormal neonatal ultrasound
  • •as single kidney, cystic kidney, dysplastic kidney, etc.
