Inclusion Criteria

ASA 1-2 patients with chronic low back pain, patients with no symptomatic relief from conservative treatment

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with spinal cord deformities, previous history of spine surgery, uncontrolled Diabetes, Hypertension, B/L side pain, History of allergy to local anaesthetics, Bleeding disorders, Psychiatric disorders, Pregnancy/lactation
