- •ICIQ-UI Short Form questionnaire score more than 13
- •Tinetti Balance Assessment Tool score should be <= 18
排除标准
- •Male participants
- •Previous UI or pelvic organ prolapse surgeries
- •Previous history of any injuries since last 1 year
- •Previous history of any surgery since last 1 year
- •Alcohol consumption
- •Musculoskeletal disease, severe cardiovascular disease, psychiatric condition, severe neurological condition, chronic constipation, diabetes, active or recent cancer, dementia, severe arthritis
- •Any medication
