入选标准
- •1. Age >= 18 years of age
- •2. Both M/F
- •3. Post MI LV Dysfunction (EF <40%) using ECHO after
- •revascularization prior to randomization
- •4. Systolic blood pressure at enrolment would be minimum>=100mmHg irrespective of ongoing beta blocker orACEI
排除标准
- •1. Patients already taking MRAs prior to randomization
- •2. LV dysfunction of nonischemic/unknown etiology
- •3. Serum creatinine >2.5 mg/dl
- •4. History of severe Hyperkalemia (7meq/l)
