入排标准
入选标准
- •All IP/OP diagnosed with Type II DM with concomitant mild to moderate hypertension associated with albuminuria detected by dip stick method.
- •DN patients either on Insulin / Oral hypoglycemics.
排除标准
- •Age 30 and 65 years of either sex
- •Patients diagnosed with Type I DM/ IDDM
- •Patients with severe hypertension.
- •Patients with proteinuria who are on dialysis/ renal transplant
- •Patients with H/O concomitant illness: TB/ CHF/ BA/ Epilepsy/ Ascites.
- •Pregnant / lactating women
- •Patients with H/O of other causes of proteinuria like analgesic nephropathy, nephrolithiasis, renal malignancies, metastasis to kidney, UTI, SLE, PKD.
