all the pregnant 24 weeks 0days to 29 weeks 6 weeks period of gestation
1.Patients with anemia (hemoglobin < 10.5 gm/dl) according to Center of Disease Control (CDC).
2.Patients with known Hemoglobinopathies
3.Pre existing chronic infective disease
4.Patients with acute infection including COVID-19
5.Previous history of pre term deliveries
6.Multiple pregnancy
7.Polyhydromios
8.Fetal intra uterine death
9.Fetal congenital anomalies
10.Uterine anomalies
11.Diabetes mellitus
12.Pre eclampsia, eclampsia
13.Liver disease
14.Renal disease
15. Malignancy
16.Any history of parenteral iron therapy in the last 8 weeks period.
17. Cervical incompetence and history of cervical encirclage in the present pregnancy
18. Recurrent second abortion
