- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. To compare the serum levels of liver regeneration markers such as Hepatocyte growth factor, Vascular endothelial growth factor, Angiopoietin-2, Serum bile acid and Stromal cell derived factor-1 during baseline, POD 1, 4 and 7 in propofol and isoflurane group

2. To compare regeneration liver volume (CT Volumetry) at POD 7 and 14 in both the groupsTimepoint: Baseline, POD 1, 4 and 7
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. To compare the liver function tests (Sr. Bilirubin, AST, ALT, GGT, albumin, platelet count, prothrombin time, INR, lactate) on baseline, POD 0, POD 1(12hrs and 24hrs) and POD 7

2. To compare the intraoperative hemodyanamic parameters (Blood pressure, heart rate, central venous pressure)

3. To compare the awakening time (the time elapsed between discontinuation of anesthetics and opening of eyes)

4. To compare the incidence of immediate postoperative recovery after extubation (delirium, nausea and vomitting)Timepoint: baseline, POD 0,1,7
