Inclusion Criteria

1. Mild to Moderate acute pancreatitis who can eat byself.
2. Age >= 18 years old

Exclusion Criteria

1. Deny to consent
2. Pregnancy/breastfeeding
3. Immunocompromised host eg. TB, HIV
4. Depend on other to having meal eg. Cancer, weakness
5. Already having meal before randomization
6. Persistent of organ failure more than 48 hrs after diagnosed of acute pancreatitis from
Modified Marshall score more than 2 and don't have prior kidney failure.
7. CT scan show more than 30 percent pancreatic necrosis.
8. Have to surgery from complication of acute pancreatitis.
9. Admission to Intensive care unit since admission date.
10. Acute pancreatitis from hypertriglyceridemia
