Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA 1\-2, scheduled for elective unilateral arthroscopic shoulder surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) history of allergy to local anaesthetic
- •2\) contraindication to block
- •3\) previous neurological deficit in upper limb
- •4\) BMI \>30 KG/m2
- •5\) inability to understand pain scale (VAS)
- •6\) pulmonary, renal, cardiac, hepatic disease
