Inclusion Criteria

1. Those who met the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine CSU, aged 18~65 years old;
2. CSU patients with obvious time rhythm;
3. Patients conform to the diagnostic criteria of TCM with syndrome pattern of Blood deficiency and wind dryness;
4. No glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, antihistamines or other drugs were used within 1 month before the treatment;
5. Patients who had not used acupuncture for urticaria within 1 month before the treatment;
6. No communication barriers, no psychological or mental illness;
7. Sign the informed consent, voluntarily accept and cooperate with the treatment, examination and observer.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with serious diseases of heart, brain, blood vessels, liver, kidney and other important organs, systemic diseases, psychosis and malignant tumors;
2. Women with positive pregnancy test or lactation, women who have given birth in the near future;
3. Patients with infection, severe gastrointestinal and joint symptoms or other life-threatening systemic symptoms such as laryngeal edema;
4. Accompanied by other itchy diseases, allergic constitution and scar constitution;
5. Patients with urticaria and induced urticaria caused by obvious inducing factors.
