1) Adult (age 19 - 69 years)
2) Patients who scheduled robot-assisted partial nephrectomy
3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical class I or II
1) Patients with impaired kidney function before surgery
- Glomerular filtration rate < 60 ml/min/1.73 m2
- Patients requiring renal placement therapy (i.e., dialysis)
2) Patients with hemodynamic instability before, during, and after surgery
- Systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg
- Heart rate > 100 bits/min
- Patients requiring transfusion (hemoglobin < 7 g/dL)
3) American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status III or IV
4) Patients with a history of vascular diseases
5) Refusal to participate in the present study,
