Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients who will undergo lung surgery requiring one\-lung ventilation by endobrochial intubation

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients refusing to attend this study
  • Patients under 18 years old
  • No evicence of lung sliding by lung ultrasound before anesthetic induction
  • Old patients above 65 years old who cannot express his willingness to participate in research
  • Patients who are vulnerable subjects except for the elderly
