1) Patients with the ASA PS class III~IV
2) Patients scheduled to elective surgery under general anesthesia
1) Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction
2) Body Mass Index > 35 kg / m 2 or <18.5 kg / m 2
3) Severe liver disease
4) Neuromuscular disease or mental illness kidney disease (GRF <30 or under hemodialysis)
5) Those diagnosed with metabolic diseases
6) Drug addiction or alcohol addiction
7) Emergency surgery
8) Pregnant women or nursing women
9) People who have contraindications to benzodiazepine, sevoflurane, or propofol
(Patients who have allergies to drugs or have a history of hypersensitivity reactions)
10) acute narrow angle glaucoma
11) shock or coma status
12) intolerance to galactose, deficiency of Lapp lactase, glucose-galactose absorption disorder
13) severe hypersensitivity to dextran 40
