- •1. All ages (of either sex).
- •2. Patients with newly diagnosed osteosarcoma.
- •3. Patients who have not received chemotherapy previously.
排除标准
- •1. Patients unwilling to give informed consent.
- •2. Patients with disease recurrence.
- •3. Patients with any relative or absolute contraindications for surgery.
- •4. Patient receiving any other chemotherapy regimen.
- •5. Patient who has already started neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
- •6. Patient who is unable to undergo research biopsy or surgical resection.
- •7. Patients of osteosarcoma secondary to any other bone pathology.
