- •3.ASA class 1 and ASA class

- •1.Known history of difficult intubation
- •2.Mouth opening less than 3 fingers
- •3.Thyromental distance less than 6.5 centimeter
- •4.Body mass index more than 35 kg-m2
- •5.Known risk of aspiration,
- •6.Failed intubation in unanticipated difficult airway.
