Inclusion Criteria
1.Conscious with cervical spine unstable patients
2.Age 18 years to 65 years
3.ASA class 1 and ASA class
Exclusion Criteria
1.Known history of difficult intubation
2.Mouth opening less than 3 fingers
3.Thyromental distance less than 6.5 centimeter
4.Body mass index more than 35 kg-m2
5.Known risk of aspiration,
6.Failed intubation in unanticipated difficult airway.
