Inclusion Criteria
1) The participants must be born and brought up in India.
2) Individuals who engage for a minimum of 3 hours daily on any social media platform.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Participants diagnosed either with medical or psychiatric illnesses.
2) Individuals who have experienced recent major life events in their life or their significant others (e.g., bereavement, trauma) that could independently affect their health and anxiety levels.
