Inclusion Criteria
1.Only patients who are aware of their cancer diagnosis and prognosis will be included.
2.Adults in the age group of 18 and above.
3.Admitted to inpatient care at karunashraya for end of life care
4.Verbal fluency in one of the language English, Tamil and Kannada.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Those who are not willing to participate
Symptoms interfering in the assessment
2.Those experiencing severe physical agony and are non-cooperative.
3.Patients with history of diagnosed mental health disorders.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The psychological discomfort among the cancer patients who are undergoing spiritual discomfort. <br/ ><br>The study can be used to create awareness among Palliative care professionals. <br/ ><br>This study may give broad view to importance of spirituality, practices, concerns, Belief in Karma, thought about death, after death, believe in after-life, distress, acceptance, forgiving, and sense of hope. <br/ ><br>In this study it will be given an attention to spirituality a necessary part of holistic care in palliative care <br/ ><br>Timepoint: after the data collection approximately 8 to 10 weeks will be needed.
