Inclusion Criteria
1.Male and female patient of 18-60 years of age.
2. patient undergoing head and neck free flap surgery.
3.patient with no serious medical illness.
Exclusion Criteria
1.patient with cardiac disease,renal disease,liver disease
2.patient refusal to take part
3.hypersensitivity to drugs
4.pregnant women
5.history of narcotic abuse
