1) Adults aged 65 and above residing in the local community.
2) Individuals with a physical functional decline, indicated by a Clinical Frailty Scale (CFS) score of 4-5.
3) Individuals living alone or with low income.
1) Individuals with severe cognitive impairment that prevents the use of AI speakers, as determined by the researcher.
2) Individuals with a significant hearing impairment that makes it difficult to receive phone calls, as determined by the researcher.
3) Individuals whose life expectancy is anticipated to be less than one year, as determined by the researcher.
