1) Individuals diagnosed with sarcopenia according to the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia guidelines 2019 by a public health center within the last 3 months.
and
2) Residents of the local community aged 65 and older.
1. Individuals who cannot walk alone for more than 5 minutes without assistance.
2. Individuals with significant hearing impairment to the extent that participation in group intervention programs would be difficult, as determined by the researcher.
3. Individuals who have been hospitalized for 2 weeks or more in the past 3 months in a hospital or nursing facility.
4. Individuals receiving treatment for uncontrolled congestive heart failure or metastatic cancer.
5. Individuals whose life expectancy is expected to be less than 1 year, as determined by the researcher.
