Inclusion Criteria
(1) Older adults who score 19-26 on MMSE-DS within six months
(2) Adults aged 60 to 80
Exclusion Criteria
(1) Diagnosed with dementia and on dementia medication. (improvement agent for brain excluded)
(2) Unable to use smartphones
(3) Unable to walk for 5 minutes, without assistive devices
(4) Admitted to nursing facility within 6 months.
(5) Known metastatic cancer, end-stage heart disease, end-stage renal disease
(6) Whose life expectancy is expected to be less than one year
