Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Adults aged 65 and above residing in the local community.
- •2\) Individuals with a physical functional decline, indicated by a Clinical Frailty Scale (CFS) score of 4\-5\.
- •3\) Individuals living alone or with low income.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Individuals with severe cognitive impairment that prevents the use of AI speakers, as determined by the researcher.
- •2\) Individuals with a significant hearing impairment that makes it difficult to receive phone calls, as determined by the researcher.
- •3\) Individuals whose life expectancy is anticipated to be less than one year, as determined by the researcher.
