- •1) Adults aged 65 and above residing in the local community.
- •2) Individuals with a physical functional decline, indicated by a Clinical Frailty Scale (CFS) score of 4-5.
- •3) Individuals living alone or with low income.
排除标准
- •1) Individuals with severe cognitive impairment that prevents the use of AI speakers, as determined by the researcher.
- •2) Individuals with a significant hearing impairment that makes it difficult to receive phone calls, as determined by the researcher.
- •3) Individuals whose life expectancy is anticipated to be less than one year, as determined by the researcher.
