- •(1) Older adults who score 19-26 on MMSE-DS within six months
- •(2) Adults aged 60 to 80
排除标准
- •(1) Diagnosed with dementia and on dementia medication. (improvement agent for brain excluded)
- •(2) Unable to use smartphones
- •(3) Unable to walk for 5 minutes, without assistive devices
- •(4) Admitted to nursing facility within 6 months.
- •(5) Known metastatic cancer, end-stage heart disease, end-stage renal disease
- •(6) Whose life expectancy is expected to be less than one year
