Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Individuals diagnosed with sarcopenia according to the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia guidelines 2019 by a public health center within the last 3 months.
- •2\) Residents of the local community aged 65 and older.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Individuals who cannot walk alone for more than 5 minutes without assistance.
- •2\. Individuals with significant hearing impairment to the extent that participation in group intervention programs would be difficult, as determined by the researcher.
- •3\. Individuals who have been hospitalized for 2 weeks or more in the past 3 months in a hospital or nursing facility.
- •4\. Individuals receiving treatment for uncontrolled congestive heart failure or metastatic cancer.
- •5\. Individuals whose life expectancy is expected to be less than 1 year, as determined by the researcher.
