Inclusion Criteria
1. the patient was diagnosed as Graves disease and getted indication for radioiodine therapy including thyroid strom, thyrotoxicosis periodic paralysis, side effects from anti-thyroid drugs and relapse ,recurrent or incomplete remission of Graves disease.
2. No contraindication for radioiodine therapy including pregnancy, lactation, moderate-to-severe Graves opthalmopathy.
3. patient hadn't been treated with radioiodine therapy.
Exclusion Criteria
1. loss-to-follow up is less than 5 months.
