Inclusion Criteria
Subjects who are diagnosed as obese according to WHO classification of BMI >25.0kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
1) Morbid obesity (BMI > 40 kg/m2)
2) Obesity with Diabetes mellitus
3) Obesity with hypertension
4) Obesity secondary to hormonal imbalances and drug therapy
5) Thyroid disorder and acute illness individuals
