入排标准

入选标准

  • Children aged 1 month to 1 year diagnosed with acute bronchiolitis diagnosed clinically as per American academy of paediatric guidelines and classified into mild , moderate and severe bronchiolitis based on Clinical Respiratory Score.

排除标准

  • Clinically ill infants who need immediate respiratory support and ICU admission.
  • Infants with previously diagnosed congenital heart disease, neurological disorders.
  • Infants with upper airway obstruction.
  • Infants with craniofacial malformations.
  • Infants who have received oxygen therapy at home or other hospital.
  • Infants having coexisting pneumothorax or nasal trauma.
  • Infants whose parents refuse to give consent to participate in study.
