入选标准
- •Age more than 18 year and
- •Define to Immunocompromised patient at least one; Hematologic malignancy, Solid tumor, HIV, Steroid used (>0.3mg/kg/day > 1month), chemotherapy, Immunosuppressive and
- •Define to hypoxic respiratory failure; respiratory rate > 24 /min and pulse oximetry< 92% during oxygen cannula 4 LPM or Po2/Fio2< 300 or SatO2/Fio2<255
排除标准
- •3)Congestive Heart Failure
- •4)PaCO2 >45 mmHg
- •5)Systolic Blood Pressure <90 mm Hg or Mean Arterial Blood pressure <65 mmHg
- •6)Glasgow coma scale <12
- •7)Circulatory shock or Receiving vasopressor
- •8)Met indication for Emergency intubation
- •9)Do not resuscitation Assign before
