Inclusion Criteria

Age more than 18 year and
Define to Immunocompromised patient at least one; Hematologic malignancy, Solid tumor, HIV, Steroid used (>0.3mg/kg/day > 1month), chemotherapy, Immunosuppressive and
Define to hypoxic respiratory failure; respiratory rate > 24 /min and pulse oximetry< 92% during oxygen cannula 4 LPM or Po2/Fio2< 300 or SatO2/Fio2<255

Exclusion Criteria

1)COPD
2)Asthma
3)Congestive Heart Failure
4)PaCO2 >45 mmHg
5)Systolic Blood Pressure <90 mm Hg or Mean Arterial Blood pressure <65 mmHg
6)Glasgow coma scale <12
7)Circulatory shock or Receiving vasopressor
8)Met indication for Emergency intubation
9)Do not resuscitation Assign before
