This study targets adults aged 19 or older, applicants recruited by the Air Force's 1st Fighter Wing through public announcement and promotion, and patients who visited the aerospace battalion after complaining of neck mass and pain.
1. Consent for the study will be sought through consent; if consent is limited, it will not be included.
2. Previously, patients with thyroid and cervical diseases were excluded from the study. However, it includes patients with past upper respiratory tract infections such as colds.
