Inclusion Criteria

Patients candidates for Transurethral lithotripsy surgery for unilateral ureteral stones for the first time
Age range 18-50 years
Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

No symptoms of BPH
No history of any disease and treatment for prostatitis, cystitis and urinary symptoms
No chronic side pain
No history of ureteral stent placement in any of the ureters
Not pregnant
No history of urinary tract infection
No history of chronic gastrointestinal pain
No psychological illness, Malignancy
No history of allergies or side effects of Tamsulosin and Tolterodine

Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Reduce complications from ureteral stents. Timepoint: The first day of surgery and one week after taking the medication, and before removing the stent. Method of measurement: Clinical Symptoms Questionnaire, Urine test and abdominal ultrasound.
