Inclusion Criteria
patient being a candidate for Percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment
minimum age of 18 years old
Exclusion Criteria
patient suffering from coagulopathy
anatomical defect that doesn't allow suitable positioning
prior hip surgery making positioning impossible
single kidney patients
patients with ectopic kidney

Name Time Method Hemoglobin. Timepoint: before surgery, 6 hours after the surgery and a day after surgery. Method of measurement: blood sample.;Hematocrit. Timepoint: before surgery, 6 hours after the surgery and a day after surgery. Method of measurement: blood samples.;Perioperative blood loss. Timepoint: one day after surgery.
