Inclusion Criteria
1.pregnant women who came for elective cesarean section at Siriraj Hospital
2.gestational age at 34 weeks or more
Exclusion Criteria
1. In active phase if labor
2. Hematologic disorder that effect bleeding tendency
3. Contraindication for oxytocin
4. Allergy to oxytocin or its composition
5.Obstetric condition that risk for bleeding such as placenta previa, preeclampsia
6.Fetal anomalies
7. Fetal death
8. Conduct general anesthesia for Cesarean section
