Inclusion Criteria
1. Pregnant women undergo cesarean section with complete inform consent
2. Age older than 18 years old
3. Patient can able to fully understand Thai language
4. No underlying hematologic disease
Exclusion Criteria
History drug (oxytocin or carbetocin) allergy
Placenta previa totalis
Abruptio placenta
Maternal illness (cardio,thyroid,preeclampsia, gestational diabetes,lung,liver,renal, anticoagulant)
Twin pregnancy
Classical uterine incision procedure
Fetal distress
