- •Good general health
- •Patients having at least 12 natural teeth with minimum of three in each jaw quadrant.
- •Two sites in each quadrant with a minimum probing depth of 5 mm.
排除标准
- •Two sites in each quadrant with a minimum probing depth of 5 mm.
- •Those who had recieved systemic antibiotics or surgical or non-surgical periodontal treatment within the past 6 months.
- •Use of long-term administration of anti-inflamatory medications within the past 3 month
- •Extensive dental prosthetic involvement.
