To investigate the comprehensive effects of structured repeated sprint training (RST) on the multidimensional physical performance and competition-related anxiety of college soccer players.

Eligibility Criteria
- Ages
- 18 Years to 24 Years (Adult)
- Sex
- Male
- Accepts Healthy Volunteers
- Yes
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age 18-24 years;
- •At least 3 years of systematic soccer training;
- •No history of severe lower-limb sports injuries within the past 6 months (defined as injuries resulting in ≥4 weeks of training cessation);
- •No participation in any form of repeated sprinting or high-intensity interval training programs during the 2 months prior to the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Presence of any cardiovascular, metabolic, or musculoskeletal conditions that may affect testing or training;
- •Inability to guarantee attendance during the study period (expected number of absences > 2).
