(1) Both males as well as females with age more than 18 years without any active and severe periodontal diseases. (2) Having at least one tooth in maxillary anterior teeth region with Millerâ??s Class I or II buccal/labial gingival recession defect measuring >= 1 mm after phase I therapy. (3) Patients were having good systemic health and free from any condition that contraindicate periodontal surgery. (4) Patients must not be using antibiotics, corticosteroids, chemotherapeutics, immune modulators or any other medications that may modify oral tissue retort during the last six months. (5) Selected teeth should be free of endodontic treatment, buccal or inter-proximal restorations. (6) Patients in which no any periodontal therapy in the preceding six months of initial examination.
