- •Group I Periodontally healthy subjects with no signs of periodontal disease.
- •Group II Current Smokers with untreated moderate to severe chronic periodontitis
- •Group III Nonsmokers with untreated moderate to severe chronic periodontitis
排除标准
- •1.Patients with self reported psychiatric disorders or psychotic medications.
- •2.Patients with any systemic disease.
- •3.Pregnant and post menopausal women.
- •4.Patients with history of antibiotic intake within 6 weeks.
- •5.Patients undergoing corticosteroids or immunosuppresive therapy.
- •6.Patients with acute illness.
