- •Were in the age group of 20 to 42 years and attending gynae OPDs of Vani Vilas Hospital
- •Were willing to participate in the study
- •Who can read and converse either in Kannada or English or both
排除标准
- •Diagnosed with history of psychiatric illness and undergoing treatment for the same
- •With co morbid conditions such as morbid obesity
- •cardiac and neurological diseases etc
- •With contraindications to take-up Yoga and exercise
