- •minimum 20 teeth present.
- •Subjects who are willing to participate in the study

- •Subjects who were on anti-inflammatory drugs or antibiotics in last six months.
- •Other conditions elicited by a medical history influencing the inflammatory response.
- •Diseases of immune system.
- •Patients who had undergone periodontal treatment six months before examination.
- •Pregnancy and lactation.
