1.The patients aged 18 years and older who received kidney transplant at Siriraj Hospital between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2020.
2.The patients who were diagnosed with thrombocytopenia after kidney transplantation.
- Male: hemoglobin level greater than 16.5 g/dl or hematocrit greater than 49%
- Female: hemoglobin level greater than 16 g/dl or hematocrit level The value was greater than 48 percent,
3.The patients received continued follow-up at a kidney transplant clinic for at least 1 year.
1.The Patients diagnosed with thrombocytopenia prior to kidney transplantation
- Male: hemoglobin level greater than 16.5 g/dl or hematocrit level greater than 49%
- Female: hemoglobin level greater than 16 g/dl or hematocrit level More than 48 percent
2.The Patients with Leukocytosis
3.The Patients who have received organ transplants other than kidneys.
4.The Patients receiving medication erythropoietin stimulating agents or testosterone drugs.
5.The Patients with a history of lung or heart disease.
6.The Patients with a history of obstructive sleep apnea at the time of thrombosis.
