Controls: healthy control person
Exclusion Criteria
acute infections, drug or alcohol abusus, mental illness

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Seven saliva samples were collected to determine the cortisol level at different time points. The samples were taken at following time points. 2 minutes before the Trier Social Stress Test (TSST). 1, 10, 20, 30, 45 and 60 minutes after the TSST. Cortisol concentration was analyzed by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.

Name Time Method The evaluation of stress-coping was performed by Stressverarbeitungsfragebogen (SVF 120) first described by Jahnke. Each participant has to complete the questionnaire after the TSST.
