Inclusion Criteria
1. Osteoarthritis patients with disease duration less than 5 years.
2. Age between 35 to 70 years
3. Both the gender
4. Not taking any Ayurveda medicines for more than one year
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pregnancy and Lactating females
2. Chronic Smokers and alcoholics
3. Chronicity of more than 5 years
4. Having severe crippling deformities
5. Patients undergoing panchakarma treatment
6. Previous intra-articular corticosteroid injections (within 1-2 months) before the study
7. Under any oral corticosteroids
8. Presence of other autoimmune diseases
9. Presence of Diabetes mellitus, Advanced kidney disease cardiovascular, and pulmonary
complications
10. Grade 4 knee osteoarthritis in Kellgren-Lawrence grade system
